Glenbuchat is a picturesque Glen in Strathdon Aberdeenshire. It is a Glen of fascinating history, natural beauty and wildlife. It had suffered a dramatic population fall until recently, with a drop in the population from 500 to 50 souls. Recently, however, there has been a resurgence of people living in the Glen, both young and mature, all delighting in the beauty and natural resources of the glen.
