I wonder if Alex Hay (L front)is the brother of my Great Grandmother, Mary Hay who married Robert McConnachie,he appears to have similar facial features.

I wondered if it could be the same Alexander Hay married to Annie Chree. They were my Grans parents. She was Isabella (Belle) Tawse from Rothes and had sisters Teen, Kate Beatrice and brother Alex.

My great grandfather Alexander Hay b1874 had a sister Mary b1896 d1954. Also Ann, George, Christina, William. He died in Rothes in 1951. I never knew him or anything about his siblings until I did a recent search. ( I was born in 1958). I have nobody left to ask now but wish I’d known more.
