This photo is an early image of Glenbuchat School and may be one of John Stewarts, taken about 1910 Compare with school closure in 1960 and note condition of building, outside toilets, playground not tarred? and height of trees.

Picture of school when it has been converted into a private house. For many years it was the home of Hector and Isobel McNeil. Hector was a gamekeeper with the North Glenbuchat Estate and he was an accomplished artist.
