This looks like an Austin Gypsy although by the mid 1960s I think the postie had a Land Rover

Before postie Tait had a vehicle of any kind he used to bike up the glen every day, fair weather or foul and get a cup of tea from my mum in the cottage beside the lodge before heading home again. He was a very good humoured fellow.
