16 Col & Mrs Milne & youngest daughter, Jessie

I am grateful to Christopher Barclay Deane for pointing out our omission of his mother from the Barclay Milne Family Tree. This has now been corrected.

Col Milne’s third daughter Jessie Barclay Milne, Jessie B as everyone called her, was an actress in her younger days. She did some West end London shows as well as New York. She married in the 60's to Adam Hugh Deane and they lived at Moatenden priory, Kent. They were Divorced mid 70's. They adopted two boys, as she couldn't have children, Christopher the eldest and Daimian Barclay Deane. Sadly Jessie died from cancer in 1992 aged 62.
